    Chocolate Cake showcases single-origin chocolate's complexity. We work with premium chocolate makers and select origins based on your preference—single-origin dark chocolate, smooth milk chocolate, or white chocolate. Our chocolate cake has richness without heaviness.

    Carrot Cake features real carrots, warm spices, and perfect moisture balance. We include nuts or candied ginger depending on preference. Our carrot cake is sophisticated without being overly spiced.

    We discuss flavor combinations, test them, and ensure they work technically (that the flavors combine successfully and the texture remains excellent). We might suggest adjustments that improve balance or propose variations on your initial concept.

    For custom flavor development, we arrange a tasting appointment where you experience the developed flavor firsthand. This is when we confirm it's perfect for your cake or discuss refinements.
