Vanilla Cake Our vanilla cake is a classic for a reason. Made with quality ingredients and a soft, balanced crumb, it’s the kind of vanilla cake people remember fondly from childhood—simple, comforting, and done well. Its clean flavor makes it a perfect base for a wide range of designs and fillings.
Chocolate Cake showcases single-origin chocolate's complexity. We work with premium chocolate makers and select origins based on your preference—single-origin dark chocolate, smooth milk chocolate, or white chocolate. Our chocolate cake has richness without heaviness.Carrot Cake features real carrots, warm spices, and perfect moisture balance. We include nuts depending on preference. Our carrot cake is sophisticated without being overly spiced.
Each of these classics is offered in versions that can be gluten-free or vegan without compromising taste or texture quality.

Your cake can have a single flavor throughout, or different flavors in different tiers. Many clients enjoy offering flavor variety—perhaps vanilla in one tier, chocolate in another.
